There is a lot that needs to be changed within Child Protection, but then the ministry must also make arrangements for that. In addition, the education must also be changed so that it becomes broader and more relevant. There is a lot to take in.

 

A lot of good work is done in Barnevernet, and many families have received great help and good solutions that both hit the spot and got them through a difficult time. These are the cases from which we must learn, and work to find good solutions for the WHOLE family. It's like everyone is in the same boat. Some of the cases we have heard about are polar opposites and not cooperation. This is when the difficult cases become extra challenging for both parents and children.
